A: A lot of times it's cheaper to repair an appliance than replace it. We recommend scheduling a service call so we can asses your appliance and get you the best deal. Many manufacturers offer multiyear warranties on the more expensive components greatly reducing the cost of repair.
Q: what kind of warranty do you offer?
A: We offer 30 days on labor and 90 days on all parts.
Q: What INFORMATION SHOULD I HAVE BEFORE CALLING?
A: All you really need is the brand of the appliance to schedule a service call, but the more information the better. Model numbers in particular let us access all the technical information provided by the manufacturers as well as look up parts. If you are calling about a unit purchased less than a year ago, please also have your bill of sale on hand.
